Ongoing costs after the first year are as follows:

- Domain Renewal: $19.95 per year
Email Option (if selected):
- Set up Google Workspace email for your business domain (Gmail for Business): $8.40 per user per month, charged by Google directly.
Copywriting Add-On (if selected):
- The copywriting add-on includes content for up to 5 pages ( 400 words per page) and one complimentary ‘Contact Us’ page. Additional pages can be added for $399 each here.
 Feature add-ons (if selected):
- A live chat feature appears as a small chat box or widget that is prominently displayed on all the website’s pages.
- Integration between the website and CRM systems like HubSpot for seamless contact information flow, if CRM integration is selected.
- Questionnaire:
Begin the process by sending you a comprehensive questionnaire. This dives into the specifics of your business, target audience, and your goals for the website. We want to understand your vision and preferences thoroughly.
- Market and Competitor Analysis:
We will research the industry and competitors to identify opportunities and best practices.
- Define Scope and Objectives:
Clearly outline the project scope, including the number of pages, features, functionalities, and any specific deliverables. Set project timelines and milestones.
- Material Collection:
Following the questionnaire, we will request essential materials from you, including your company logo, design guidelines, high-quality photos, product images, and any other materials important for the website. These assets are crucial to ensuring the design aligns seamlessly with your brand identity.
- Server Setup on Your Preferred Platform:
Our technical team will work with you to set up the server on your preferred platform. Whether you prefer a specific hosting provider or have existing infrastructure, we’ll ensure a secure and reliable hosting environment, optimising for performance and speed. (Server hosting fee is not included in the design service fee.)
- Design and Revision:
We will design elements include colour schemes, typography, imagery, and other visual components that align with your brand identity. The design mock-ups will be shared with you for review and feedback. Incorporate any necessary revisions until the design is approved.
- Development:
Write the code and develop the website based on the approved designs. Implement functionalities, features, and any custom elements required.
- Testing and Optimisation:
We will share the fully functional website with you for final approval and address any remaining concerns or requested adjustments. Before launch, we conduct rigorous testing to identify and address any potential issues.

Typically, the first draft of the design mock-up is completed within 5 to 10 business days after we collect the essential materials from you. Â The development time will depend on the complexity of the website. We will provide an estimated timeframe during the scoping stage.
Review and Revision Turnaround:
The review and revision phases are designed to be quick and responsive. Depending on the extent of changes required, this process typically takes around 3 to 5 business days. We understand the importance of your time and strive to ensure your feedback is incorporated promptly.
