  2. After you provide the login information for the backend of your website and hosting provider, we’ll fully implement your plan within 2 to 3 business days.
  3. We will keep you updated on our progress via email, ensuring complete transparency throughout the process.

What’s included in your content updates? What’s not included?

The content updates do include edits to content on any page, changing banners, headers, or footers, changing plugin settings, design adjustments, blog content, changing images or text, or adding coupon codes.

 The content updates do not include custom development, updating custom code, graphic design, building new pages, creation of content, rebuilding or building out a website or subdomain.

 

Can I accumulate the content update time if it is not used?

The time allocated for content updates is designed to offer flexibility and ensure that your website’s content stays up to date. Unfortunately, any unused time at the end of the month cannot be carried over to the following month. This adheres to our policy to provide fair and consistent service to all our clients.

If you anticipate needing additional content updates beyond the allocated time, we are happy to discuss customized solutions to accommodate your specific requirements.

 

Do you manage WooCommerce websites?

We sure do!

Websites with advanced functionality require our Perform Plan, as they take more resources for us to manage so making sure you’re on the right plan means we’ll be able to dedicate what’s needed to keep your website secure, fast, and running smoothly.

 

Does it matter what hosting provider I’m using?

Not really. We work with any WordPress hosting provider. It doesn’t matter where your WordPress site is hosted.

We also work with the main website platforms such as Wix, Shopify, BigCommerce, Squarespace etc.

 

Do you offer phone support?

Our website maintenance support is only available through email. While we don’t offer phone support, we’ve made customer service a huge priority here at eSharp and you’ll find our email support fast, effective and friendly!

 

Is there a lock-in contract?

No. You can unsubscribe and resubscribe online anytime.

 

Do you guarantee no downtime?

While our team works diligently to minimise downtime and keep your website accessible to users, it’s crucial to acknowledge that complete elimination of downtime is not guaranteed. Some factors are beyond our immediate control. External events, server issues, or unforeseen technical challenges can occasionally lead to brief periods of downtime.

 

What if my website is hacked?

While we take extensive measures to proactively enhance the security of your website, it’s important to acknowledge that, in the realm of cybersecurity, no service can provide an absolute guarantee against all potential threats. Cyber threats can take various forms, and their nature is constantly evolving.

 

What to Expect:

Our monthly maintenance package covers proactive security measures, including regular audits, updates, and monitoring to prevent security threats. We strive to implement best practices to minimize the risk of security incidents. We will keep you informed about the security measures we implement and any significant updates affecting your website’s security.

It’s important to note that the resolution of specific security threats, such as addressing the aftermath of a hacking attempt, is not included in our standard monthly maintenance package. While we take every precaution to prevent security issues, the resolution of an incident is considered a separate service.

In the event of a security incident, we are fully prepared to assist you in resolving the issue promptly. We offer additional security resolution services on a case-by-case basis, and our team is ready to provide the necessary support to restore the security of your website.
