We offer unlimited revisions for our graphic design services to ensure the final design perfectly aligns with your vision. However, please note the following limitations:
Scope of Revisions: Unlimited revisions are provided within the scope of the original project brief. Requests that significantly deviate from the original brief or require substantial changes will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may incur additional charges.
Validity Period: The unlimited revisions offer is valid for a period of 30 days from the delivery of the initial design draft. After this period, any further revisions will be billed at the standard hourly rate.
Service Limitation: This guarantee and the offer of unlimited revisions apply exclusively to our graphic design services and do not extend to web design services.
If you decide to pause the project, please refer to our refund policy for details on how this may affect your transaction and any applicable fees.

We accept two payment methods:
- Card Payment through Stripe
Your payment will be securely processed by Stripe. A 1.75% transaction fee applies, and payment is confirmed instantly. - Direct Debit through GoCardless
There are no transaction fees, but payment is not confirmed instantly. It takes around 1 to 3 business days for the payment to be confirmed.
What is GoCardless?
GoCardless is authorised by the UK’s Financial Conduct Authority and is ISO 27001 certified. Your payment is protected by the GoCardless Guarantee. For more details, please visit:

You can cancel the recurring service at any time, and the termination will be processed accordingly, with the service ending at the conclusion of the current billing cycle. There is no cancelation fee. Please follow below steps to cancel your subscription.

- Go to “My Subscription” on the navigation bar
- You will be able to see your active subscriptions. Click on “Cancel” if you’d like to cancel the subscription.
- You will see a confirmation message “Your subscription has been cancelled.”
Yes. You can change your payment method anytime by logging in to your account.

- You will be able to see your active subscriptions. Click on “CHANGE PAYMENT” .
If you’d like to upgrade or downgrade your subscription, please cancel your current subscription first, and then place a new order for the desired subscription. If you switch your subscription during the middle of a billing cycle, please contact our customer service at [email protected]. We will issue a pro-rata refund.
Absolutely! Once you place your order, we’ll send a PDF invoice straight to your email. You can also log in to your account anytime to download invoices from your previous orders. Just head to ‘Orders’ in the left menu and click on the ‘Invoice’ button next to the order.

Please note that a consultation fee of $150/hour + GST applies, and appointments must be booked in advance to ensure we can dedicate time to you.
