Recommended Sizes
For digital brochures, we recommend A4 landscape, as it’s ideal for screen viewing.
For print brochures, here are the two most popular sizes we suggest. Let us know if you have a preferred size:
- A4 Portrait: 210 x 297 mm
- A5 Portrait: 148 x 210 mm
 Page Count
We recommend a page count double the text content to seamlessly integrate engaging visuals, ensuring a perfect balance of information and design. For example, if your text content spans four pages, we suggest a total of eight pages to seamlessly integrate engaging visuals. To meet the industry standard for printing, round it up to multiples of four pages.

- Concept Development:
We will create one initial design concept and present the concept for your review and feedback.
- Brochure Design:
We will design the rest of the brochure based on the concept you selected and present the design for your review and feedback.
- Design Revisions:
We will be incorporating your feedback and making necessary revisions. Fine-tuning the design to align with your requirements.
- Finalisation:
Once the design is finalised, we will provide the final version in appropriate file formats for both digital and print needs.
Our Commitment to Timely Design:
We are dedicated to designing your project promptly and efficiently. Typically, the first draft of the design is completed within 4 to 7 business days after we collect the essential materials from you.
Review and Revision Turnaround:
The review and revision phase is designed to be quick and responsive. Depending on the extent of changes required, this process typically takes around 1 to 3 business days. We understand the importance of your time and strive to ensure your feedback is incorporated promptly.
Print and Delivery (if selected):
Your order will take 10 to 20 business days to print, dry, package, and deliver, depending on the quantity ordered and your location.
Below is an example of the timeframe:

- Print and delivery: 10 – 20 business days
Optional Emergency Service:
If you require expedited service, we offer an emergency option with a 10% surcharge. This ensures your project jumps the queue for immediate attention.
